Piperine is the major bio-active component of pepper. This naturally occurring alkaloid is know for its numerous potential health effects and beneficial therapeutic properties, which are normally limited due to its low water solubility.

Nanokinetics offers a line of premium water-soluble piperine powders that can be easily infused into and administered as beverages and foods. Water-soluble nanoemulsion powders are extremely fine dispersions of nanometer-sized (~ 30 nm) piperine-containing oil droplets in water. Nanoemulsion powders can be easily mixed into beverages and foods, providing a rapid onset of action and high bioavailability of piperine without compromising the stability or physical appearance (e.g., optical clarity) of the finished products.

Storage and Use Guidelines

Store at 4 – 25 C (39 – 77 F) in the tightly closed original container. Avoid product contamination and exposure to humid air.

For a 10 mg dose of piperine, place 0.5 g into a beverage (e.g., water, non-alcoholic beer, tea, coffee, soda, juice) and give it a quick stir. Do not put directly in the mouth.
